This Privacy Policy explains how Glowllkneeux ("we", "our", "the studio") collects, processes and protects personal data when you visit our website, contact us through the website forms, or take part in our coaching programs. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Finnish data protection law.

We act as the data controller for all personal data collected through this website and our coaching services. We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries sent through the contact form or by email.
  • To provide and improve coaching services that you have requested.
  • To send service-related communications, such as scheduling notes and session summaries.
  • To maintain the security and reliability of the website.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including bookkeeping and tax requirements.

4. Legal bases for processing

We rely on one of the following legal bases when processing your personal data:

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You may exercise these rights by writing to our contact address. We respond to all requests as soon as we can, and at the latest within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

9. Security

We apply organisational and technical safeguards to keep your data secure. Access to personal data is limited to people in the studio who genuinely need it, our website is served over HTTPS, and we review our security practices regularly.

10. Children's privacy

Our coaching services are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete the information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "last updated" date above shows when the most recent version came into effect. For significant changes, we will display a notice on the website before they take effect.
