Refund Policy
Last updated:This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for coaching programs and downloadable materials purchased from Glowllkneeux. We aim to be fair, transparent and easy to deal with. If anything is unclear, please simply write to us.
1. Coaching programs
Coaching programs are personalised services delivered by a real coach across several weeks. The following rules apply:
- Before the first session: you may cancel any program for a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided the first session has not yet taken place.
- After the first session: you may end the program at any time. We refund the value of any sessions not yet delivered, calculated on a pro-rata basis from the original program price.
- Missed sessions: sessions cancelled by you with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less notice are counted as held and are not refundable.
2. Downloadable materials
For digital materials, such as printable rhythm plans or audio playlists, your right of withdrawal ends once the download starts, in line with the EU consumer rules for digital content. We make this clear at the moment of purchase, and we ask for your explicit confirmation before delivery.
3. Studio-led postponements
If we need to postpone a session, we will offer a new time as soon as possible. If we cannot reschedule within a reasonable window, the affected sessions are refunded in full.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund or to cancel a program, please write to us at serviceteam@glowllkneeux.world, or by post to Vaasankatu 14, 00500 Helsinki, Finland. A short note is enough — we do not require a formal letter. Please include your full name, the program you booked and, if possible, the date of payment.
5. Processing time and method
Once a refund is approved, we process the payment within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued using the same method as the original payment, unless we agree on a different method with you. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional working days for the amount to appear on your statement.
6. Consumer rights
This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights under Finnish and EU consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If you believe a service has not been delivered as agreed, you may also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service for free guidance.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, for example if we introduce new programs. The most recent version always replaces previous versions and applies to bookings made after the "last updated" date shown above.
